SKUAD MASA DEPAN ROSSONERI

Tim Milan di masa depan 4 tahun ke depan, tidak akan ada namaIbrahimovic, Seedorf, Ambrosini, Gattuso, Nesta, Abbiati, Inzaghi, Zambrotta, dll.

Goalkeepers

Salvatore Sirigu (28):  Sirigu would be a perfect replacement for Abbiati once he retires. He is an Italy international with good reflexes and command of his area.  Sirigu would be our first choice keeper after 4 years. Sirigu has Seria A experience and will gain champions league experience with PSG. In 4 years he will be our number 1 and will have many years ahead of him to make a name at AC   Milan.
Marco Amelia (33): Amelia will be 33 years old in 4 years and his experience would make him a decent second choice keeper. He has good reflexes but is not first choice quality for a team for AC Milan, but is definitely a backup every top team would wish for.
Riccardo Piscitelli (21): A product of the Milan youth system and would be an exceptional 3rd choice keeper in 4 years. He was potential but it’s too early to tell if he is going to succeed as our first choice keeper. If he stays as our 3rd choice he can learn from our more experienced goal keepers then maybe we can see him develop even better but for now 3rd choice is good enough.

Defenders

Thiago Silva (30): Silva stated he wanted his No.33 shirt to be retired and so far he is heading towards the right track. In 4 years’ time, he will probably be club captain and it would be deserved with his solid performances and spectacular leader ship. He plays for the shirt and will pass on his skill to the young guns in the future. Pato might compete with him for the captain’s armband but his capability to lead better will probably make him club captain.
Davide Astori (28): Despite selling him completely I do believe that Milan will eventually re-sign him as the heir to Nesta. Astori can read the game well and tackle superbly compared to other defender these days. His traits are similar to Nesta’s therefore making him the adequate partner to T. Silva.
Philippe Mexes (33): Mexes was signed to take some pressure off Nesta and allow him to rest. In 4 years’ time he will do the same thing but with Astori. He will guide the young Milan defenders with his experience and will also be a vital squad player in 4 years.
Michelangelo Albertazzi (24): The young center back has talent and potential and in 4 years’ time he will be a backup for the Silva and Astori. With time he can join the starting XI f he earns his spot. Mexes and T. Silva will help him grow and develop as a player.
Ignazio Abate (28): Had 2 years ago someone was to tell me that the former Torino winger Abate would become a star right back in Seria A and be an one of the most vital parts of Milan’s squad (especially defense) I would  have laughed. Now Abate has improved and is an important part of our team and with time he can only get better. In 4 years’ time, Abate will continue to be as vital and effective as he already is. With his pace and exceptional all in all defensive qualities he has made the right back position his own. Abate will be 3rd captain in 4 years.
Luca Antonini (32): Many people would argue that Antonini does not deserve to breathe in Milan soil in 4 years’ time, but we should switch him into a right back and make him a substitute for Abate because of his experience. If he performs like he did in his first season in Milan this season then he does deserve to be a substitute in 4 years but if not then we should look for a substitute right back.
Taye Taiwo (30): With the help of Tassotti and Allegri, Taiwo can fix his defensive errors and be a starter for years to come. Offensively Taiwo is spectacular as he has superb crosses and powerful shots. He needs to fix his defensive act and he has the strength to do it. It seems like in 4 years he will be a starter but competition exists for the left back spot.
Didac Villa (25): In 4 years, D. Villa will probably be a more developed and experienced player who will be able to give Taiwo a run for his money. D. Villa should be loaned out to a Seria A team before returning to Milan.  In 4 years we will see if he is able to challenge the superior Taiwo for the left back position.
Andrea De Vito (23): The Milan youth team graduate will most likely be 3rd choice left back in 4 years but not far enough from a starting XI spot. De Vito has talent and despite being inferior to Taiwo and D. Villa he can surprise every one by becoming the starting left back. For now, it seems De Vito will be a substitute left back.

Midfielders

Yann M’villa (25): M’villa is a talented French defensive midfield with a lot of energy. He will play the role that Van Bommel is currently playing in 4 years. He is a French international and a good tackler. M’villa would prove to be a good first choice defensive midfield for Milan in 4 years and is very talented defensively.
Rodney Strasser (25): The Milan youth graduate would also be another good defensive midfield and in 4 years would battle M’villa for a starting lineup spot. Strasser has some qualities to succeed as he is calm, peaceful and does the dirty job without getting booked.
Kevin-Prince Boateng (28): Boateng would provide good experience and energy to the team by playing in the right center midfield position in 4 years’ time. He will help both offensively and defensive with his unique style of play. Boateng would compete with Montolivo for a starting XI place as they will be the pillars of experience in midfield.
Riccardo Montolivo (30): Like Boateng would be a big help to the starting XI with his experience. Montolivo will often be rotating with Boateng in the right cent midfield position depending on the situation. As Montolivo is a creative player with a good range of passing and is often compared to Pirlo and will add a creative spark to the team.
Mathieu Flamini (31): The Frenchmen will be a squad player with experience filling in anywhere in the three man midfield as he is versatile enough to fit into the team. In 4 years’ time, Flamini’s experience will help develop our youth talents and he would be an exceptional reserve ready when called upon.
Alexander Merkel (23): The German talent from Milan’s youth team will return to the team stronger and will become a starter 4 years from now. Merkel has the talent to turn into one of the best midfielder in the world with his energy, creativity and confidence. Merkel will be an important part of our squad and will be well developed in 4 years.
Urby Emanuelson (28): Like Flamini, Emanuelson will be a reserve who will prove to be vital mid-season when injuries and suspensions occur. Emanuelson has talent but it will be difficult seeing him as a regular starter 4 years from now.
Stephan El Shaarawy (22): Il Faraone will be an important first team player in 4 years. El Shaarawy has been hailed “the new Kaka” by Galliani and has similar traits as his idol. He is fast, a good shooter, creative. Has a great change of pace and is a fantastic dribbler.  El Shaarawy will often be played as a more attacking left mid and a trequartista, sharing appearances with Ganso and Merkel.
Paulo Henrique Ganso (25): It is most likely that Ganso will arrive to Milan after the club world cup and he will be and important member of our first team. Although Ganso lacks speed, he is still creative and can tear any defense apart with one pass. In 4 years he will be competing with El Shaarawy for the starting XI trequartista position but they will rotate depending on the situation.

Forwards

Alexandre Pato (25): Pato is known as the future of Milan and at 4 years’ time he will be leading our attack. He is fast, skillful and has a good eye for goal. Pato will peak by then and will most likely be our vice-captain only coming second to T. Silva due to T. Silva being more of a leader. Pato will definitely lead our attack and we count on him to deliver us our goal which is the Champions League trophy.
Mario Balotelli (25): Many would argue that he has an un-fixable attitude but I doubt any one would mess up their chance to play at their favorite club. Balotelli would improve his attitude with the help of our veterans. Balotelli has the potential and talent to be one of the best players in the world but his attitude is stopping him, his dream move to his favorite club Milan is the right way for him to make use of his talent. Balotelli will be the heir to Ibrahimovic at Milan and will for a deadly partnership with Pato.
Alberto Paloschi (25): The heir to Inzaghi will thrive like Inzaghi did in Milan with enough playing time. He has good movement and finishing and will be our Champions League secret weapon in years’ time. Paloschi will be a sub to Balotelli but still have many substitute appearances and starts to prove he is the true heir to Inzaghi.
Robinho (31): In 4 years, Robinho will be 31 years old but will still be important with his experience and skill. He will guide the youngsters and be considered as our veteran forward. Robinho will be a substitute and competing for minutes with the Ghanaian Dominic Adiyiah. In 4 years’ time, Robinho might be playing his final season in Milan before being replaced by Simone Verdi.
Dominic Adiyiah (25): The former under-20 world cup top goal scorer and best player has hit a path in his career and is struggling with confidence. Adiyiah definitely has the talent but needs to find the confidence. In 4 years, I believe Adiyiah will gain a bit of confidence and show glimpses of the player he could have been at Milan.

Coach

Massimiliano Allegri (48):In 4 years’ time, Allegri, if he continues to do a good job, should still be coach of AC Milan. He is a talented tactician who knows his strategies and formations well. Allegri gets the best out of his available players and has a good bond with them. He still needs to fix some minor problems like the way he uses his substitutes but Allegri still has the skill to be coach of Milan for years to come.
